Just when you think you are about to pull your hair out with whines of "I don't like this. I am not eating it. Make me a new meal", a purple box in the freezer always is an answer to your prayers. (Well at least mine anyway) Who ever made up the idea of the Uncrustables is a damn genius! I used to think it was ridiculous--I mean who doesn't have the time to make a peanutbutter & jelly sand which and cut of the crusts? Busy Moms that's who.
